strongVPN.com writes explicitly on their page that they will give out your credentials if they receive a DMCA request. That is, if you are accused of copyright violation they will give away your name and address.

Some of these VPN services log and store traffic information (they might be forced to do so by law) and they may be subject to police search and seizure. If that where to happen all logged identities will become public. Considering how far some governments are prepared to go to combat illegal file sharing this is a real risk that should be considered when choosing VPN service.

If the government is doing this to protect the people, then why does the government promote the Black Jails that innocent Chinese people are put into just because they ask for justice? These people are innocent of all crimes but the government sets up these illegal jails for honest citizens. If this is how they treat the honest citizens then the censors would not be there to protect the people but to protect the government. If this is the case then all people should want to find what the government has to be protected from, the information that would hurt a government that was not protecting the people.
